Red Mesa Unified School District, located in beautiful NE Arizona near the Four Corners Monument, is a rural, high need district, which qualifies Teachers for Federal Student Loan deferment and in some cases loan forgiveness, depending on the number of years worked.  RMUSD also offers subsidized housing, allowing Teachers to live on campus which permits them to participate in extra duty jobs such as tutoring and coaching. The District invites NCLB Highly Qualified Teacher Applicants for the 2010-11 School Year, in the following positions:

*High Need Highly Qualified Teachers

K – 3rd Self Contained, MS Math, HS Math, HS English, HS Special Education.  *Qualifies for a $3000 sign on bonus, paid in thirds of the 1st contract year and a $1000 retention of contract bonus every year thereafter (paid before spring break).

**Highly Qualified Teachers

4th – 8th Self Contained, HS Math Intervention.  **Qualifies for a $500 retention of contract bonus annually, beginning Spring of the 1st contract.
